What is required to transport cargo?

In-Person Delivery of Cargo

Customers are to present the below to our staff at our receiving location.

  • Valid ID
  • Invoice(s)
  • Shipper & Contact Information
  • Recipient’s Name & Destination Details
  • Description of Cargo
  • Identify any special services (e.g. Hazardous materials or Less Than Container Load)

Third Party Delivery of Cargo

Customers are to e-mail the below to us at firstclassseacargo@gmail.com.

  • Valid ID
  • Shipper & Contact Information
  • Recipient’s Name & Destination Details
  • Description of Cargo
  • Copy of invoice(s) noting that the originals invoices will be included with delivery of cargo
  • Identify any special services (e.g. Hazardous materials or Less Than Container Load )

What are your shipping days/schedules to The Bahamas?

  • Normal scheduled departure days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
    • Cargo receiving times for each of the above noted days are at least forty-eight (48) working hours ahead of the scheduled departure. Cargo is received between the hours of 8:00am – 3:15pm on Mondays through Fridays.
  • Normal scheduled arrival days are Wednesdays and Fridays.

How do I make an online payment?

  1. Select our Online Payment Menu;
  2. Select the One-Time Payment button to pay with a Card being used;
  3. Enter account number as it appears on Bill of Lading or Invoice number or your customer ID number (applicable to recurring customers);
  4. Enter reference or notes deemed applicable in the space provided and click Submit;
  5. Click Credit/Debit Card button;
  6. Enter requested information and click Confirm to continue;
  7. On the Confirmation page, submit an email address to receive a copy of the transaction;
  8. Provide our Customer Service Team with your confirmation details via our email firstclasssea@gmail.com.
